Curriculum

HIGH SCHOOL COURSES

These courses are offered at the High School level.  All classes meet the Applied Arts graduation requirement or may be taken for elective credit.  General communications also meets the English graduation requirement.  The computer courses listed will meet the Technology requirement.  Economic courses will meet the Economics requirement.

Some classes grant advanced credit at Southeast Community College and UNL.  Refer to the College Credit section for more information. 

Students also have the opportunity to learn and earn by enrolling in Coop classes and working at a related job. 

All classes may not be offered at every high school.  Contact the individual high schools for more information.

MIDDLE SCHOOL COURSES

The courses at the Middle School are exploratory and skill-building courses. All students in Middle School will be enrolled in the 6th and 7th grade courses in Business Education.  Eighth grade students choose from a variety of semester electives.

6th grade - Keyboarding - 12 weeks
7th grade - Computer - 9 weeks
8th grade - Keyboarding - 1 semester
8th grade - Business - 1 semester
8th grade - Computer - 1 semester
