Entry forms can be found in the "Free Times" news paper, sporting good stores, as well as in Mr. Johnsons office. Any adult who would like a shirt mark adult on the entry form and send in $5.00

Return all entry forms to Mr. Johnson. I will send them in. On April 2, 2003 I will hand out the Mayor's Run shirts and packets.
