Class Expectations
1. Attend class and be on time.
When an excused absence occurs, the student needs to make up the work within 3 days. Truancies will convey 60% of student's score. Tardiness will result in loosing points for the activity missed.
2. Treat peers and teachers with respect.
Lack of courtesy or insubordination will be reported to parents and principal.
3. Be seated and prepared for class with homework done when the bell rings.
Have your book, notebook and all necessary materials with you. Homework and projects will receive full credit if done on time. Late homework will receive half credit. Late projects will get a 10% deduction of the final grade for each day that it was late.
The World Language Department has a required Study Hall at 3;13pm in room B110 for students that do not have their homework.
4. Participate constructively in class.
All students are expected to be actively involved in classroom activities and discussions.
5. Be honest and show integrity.
Truthfulness and honest communication are solid pillars for character development and essential in human relations.
No credit will be given for copying, plagiarizing, or submitting other people's work.
