I will be sending out flight schedules very soon. You should get them shortly after Thanksgiving!!! Rooming lists will be posted in the band room as well.
The trip is indeed $2500 per person. This was set some time ago. I know the letter of intent posted says $2400 but I have not taken the time to change that, for lack of priorities and time.
We are battling on the American Airlines fuel surcharge of $53 per traveler. If we cannot cover this from in house, well you know. I'm confident we can keep an added cost to around $25-30 if we do indeed need to adjust the final price. Youth Music has already absorbed nearly $200 per traveler in the weakening dollar. They too cannot absorb any more.
